We make every attempt to provide measurements and sizing on our products. Please read these details as we take no responsibility for change of mind however, if you're items arrive and you feel they are not right for your situation please contact us on sales@hammockhaven.com.au and we can discuss how to solve the problem.
If there is a fault in an item on arrival please message us to discuss the issue, as each item is sewn individually some minor errors may occur that we have not seen. We will either swap, refund (partial or full depending on the error) or send you a replacement. The decision is at our discression.
Once items are processed and shipped, we take no responsibility for postage times. This is out of our hands, we can not make things move faster. We will provide you with tracking information and will keep an eye on things on our end too.
